Contents
Starting with basics on planning theory the traditional tasks of production planning and control are discussed. Furthermore general concepts for controlling the material flow are analyzed. Finally continuative concepts that focus on flexibility and decentralization are introduced.
Prerequistes
None/Recommended: bachelor level knowledge on production and operations management.
